  • What is the booking process?
Fill out the reservation request on the webpage with your desired date and start time. We will respond to confirm your date or alternate dates in case it is already booked. A copy of the contract with terms and conditions should be returned along with a $250 refundable deposit. Please see cancelation FAQ for full details. Balance is due at least 3 days before event. You should have each participant sign the waiver before the event to save time at checkin.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
In the event of severe weather, you may cancel and reschedule your party. We will apply your deposit to your rescheduled event. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
  • How is your package time counted?
Your package time starts from the first game and includes any breaks or review the participants want to take. Staff will arrive before your scheduled booking time to set up (including inflatables if booked) and prepare for your party. Please ask your guests to arrive at least 15-20 minutes earlier to ensure they are ready to go with signed waivers, outfitted with their gear, and present for game/safety orientation. We will strive to get the session started on time and have 5-10 minute breaks between any given game.
  • What do I need to get started?
To get started, simply go to Booking and complete the form. You can also download our waiver.
  • Who can play?
We encourage anyone 6 and up to play with us. There are many types of games, ranging from simple with auto reload and auto respawn to complex missions that require ultimate team work.
  • Where can I play?
We are a mobile business serving the Peninsula and South Bay. Please refer to our booking page for geographical radius. If you have a special request or large event please contact us to discuss. As long as you have a venue, whether it's your backyard, local park, campus, or school gym, we can make it happen. YOU must also confirm the event space will allow a laser tag event, any required space reservations and fees. If you would like to have music during your party you may also need to ask for permission for "amplified sound". Many local schools will also rent their fields (including the football field) or gyms for public for a fee. Please reach out if you need any recommendations. Copy of insurance can be provided upon request.
  • Are the laser taggers safe?
Despite their name, they do NOT shoot lasers. They emit an infrared beam similar to your TV remote.
  • What if I break something?
If you play according to our rules and safety standards, there should not be any damage other than normal wear and tear. The gear has been battlefield tested, is professional grade and very robust. However, if play is careless, equipment parts can break and/or be damaged. If something is broken, as per your terms and conditions you will be charged for what was damaged or lost.
  • Can I choose which game scenario(s) I want during my party?
In general yes but please keep in mind how much experience your group has previously, their comprehension level for additional rules/factors, and the additional time needed to set up or explain a particular one. While it might be fun for each player to choose their character class (fire rate, IR strength, reload time, etc), this may take additional play time away. We may recommend more advanced scenarios for return visits to make sure you get the most out of your time. If you have a particular request, please mention it during your booking.
  • What size venue do I need?
The size will depend on the number of players and possibly the game scenario. Half a basketball court would be appropriate for up to 10 players, where a full size may accommodate up to 30.
  • Can I play in a public park?
If you do not have adequate space, many of our clients have played in public parks or on school grounds. Depending on the size of your party, you may need to get permission from your parks and recreation department and may be subject to a small fee. If you would like to have music during your party you may also need to ask for "amplified sound" permission. Many local schools will also rent their fields (including the football field) or gyms for public for a fee. Please reach out if you need any recommendations. Copy of insurance can be provided upon request.
  • Can we play in the rain?
Light rain is ok for the equipment however we may stop play for extreme weather for the safety of the participants and the electronics. We offer rescheduling of forecasted sever weather per our terms and conditions.
  • Do I have to wear a vest like Indoor Laser Tag?
We believe with outdoor laser tag, the headband is the most effective equipment for the game. The vests are cumbersome which makes running around a challenge. Also, given the heavy use of barriers, it makes it more fair for the opposing team to tag you.
  • What aspects of the party does your staff take care of?
Your booking includes staff to set up and tear down the barriers (if purchased), checkin, monitoring and most importantly the game operator. They'll be managing the various aspects of the game including organizing teams, safety procedures, boundary and game scenario overview, or maybe even giving the birthday boy extra lives or ammo 😉
  • What should players wear?
We encourage whatever makes sense for the weather. There will be no vest that you'll have to wear on top of your clothing. We encourage tennis shoes as you'll be doing a lot of running!
  • How long does each game scenario last?
After an equipment orientation, we start with a 5 minute demo round of play. The length of the missions will vary from 8-10 minutes to 20-30 minutes. Several factors are considered when determining the mission time. The age of the players, the size of the field, the mission objective, the number of players that need to participate in the event and the weather conditions. No mission game ever plays the same twice.
  • Will you record the playing sessions?
We may on occasion set up a security camera to record the playing sessions to ensure the security of all players, spectators, staff and equipment. The footage obtained may be used solely for the purposes of resolving disputes, investigating incidents, and ensuring the overall safety and security of all involved.
